BIZKAIA: The Corporation Tax campaign arrives

When should I submit my self-assessment?

Within 25 calendar days following the 6 months after the end of the tax period. This means that entities that have concluded the tax period corresponding to the 2025 fiscal year on December 31 must submit their self-assessment between July 1 and 25.

How should I submit it?

Electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia. For its preparation and submission, please consider the following:

√ Entities subject to Bizkaia regulations: must use the web applications enabled for this purpose on the electronic headquarters of the Bizkaia Provincial Council.

√ Entities subject to the regulations of Araba, Gipuzkoa, or the common territory, which pay taxes in Bizkaia in proportion to the volume of operations: must use the computer tools developed by their own Tax Office, and then the file conversion program available on the website of the Bizkaia Provincial Council. This way, they will obtain the file that they must transmit through this electronic headquarters to complete the submission.

What payment methods can I use?

√ If the self-assessment results in a refund, direct debit is required. The Bizkaia Tax Office must have proof of the ownership of the IBAN Code and that this ownership corresponds to the declarant.

√ If the result is to be paid, you can choose to make the payment by direct debit, by payment slip, or through other available means on the electronic headquarters of the Bizkaia Provincial Council.
